What is your policy on refunds for tuition?
The following is our policy on tuition fee refunds:
- 2 weeks prior to the first class: 100% refund
- 1 week prior to the first class: 50% refund
- Less than 1 week before the first class: No refund
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Refund” your name and the course you were registered for in order to request your refund.
What happens after you register?
You will receive an email with the address that you provided during checkout. Please check to make sure that you have received it, since we will be emailing you with updates in the future.
We will email you two weeks before the class to update you with class details, so keep an eye out. If you have any questions, you can email us at email@example.com.
Do you have in-person classes?
All our classes are online for now, but we hope to have in-person classes in the future.
When will the next semester’s classes be updated?
We hope to update the classes at least a month and a half before the semester starts. The best way to to be notified of new courses is to subscribe to our newsletter.
Do you have scholarships?
Yes, please check out our scholarship page for more information if you are interested in applying. If you'd like to support the scholarship fund, you can contribute through our donation page.
Can I register for a class before applying for a scholarship?
No, the scholarship cannot be awarded in the form of a 'refund'. The applicant should not already be enrolled in the class if they are applying for a scholarship.
For application based classes, what forms do I submit?
If you’re only applying for the class without a scholarship, you only have to submit the application form for that particular class.
If you’re applying for a scholarship in an application based class, you must submit both forms: the class form and the scholarship form.
