Have you ever had that nagging feeling about the last piece of type you whipped up? You know, the one that didn't quite sit right, but you couldn't put your finger on it? It's like the itch that just won't quit. Well, guess what? We've got your back!

Welcome to the workshop series where we'll help you demystify that mysterious "what the heck is wrong with it" feeling. We’ll be breaking down the mechanics of how letters are formed, and revealing how to build type systems from the ground up. By studying and understanding the calligraphic roots of letterforms, we will typographically rewire your brain.

This isn't your typical workshop. We're here to give you the whole shebang, the A to Z of letters and type design. A back-to-basics for those with experience. It's the course you wish existed, tailor-made for those looking to up their type game.
